ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION PROCEDURE

B.Arch. Courses:

The institute has an intake of 80 seats approved by the Council of Architecture New Delhi. The overall admission process for private unaided colleges in Maharashtra is controlled by MASA (Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architecture) which is a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP). All the students aspiring to take admission needs to have passed the HSC (std. XII) or equivalent examination minimum 50% aggregate marks (with Maths) or Diploma in Engineering under 10+3 Scheme of the State Board of Technical Examinations and secured a minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for backward class candidates from Maharashtra State only) in the Diploma Examination (or the educational qualification as stipulated in the revised norms laid down by the Director of Technical Education/Government of Maharashtra,) and the compulsory Common Entrance Test (Aptitude Test) conducted at national level. Admission to the F.Y.B.Arch. shall be given by the institute or the admission authority as per the admission procedures laid down from time to time by the competent authority.

M.Arch Courses:

The institute has an intake of 40 seats (20 seats for Urban Design and 20 seats for Urban conservation) approved by the Council of Architecture New Delhi.

All the students aspiring to take admission needs to have:

1.Passed with minimum 50% marks in open category and 45% in case of backward class category in B.Arch examination from any recognized university and approved by COA.

OR

2.Passed with minimum 50% marks in open category and 45% in case of backward   class category in diploma "Dip in Architecture" from any Technical Board of State Govts and approved by COA.

OR

3.Passed with minimum 50% marks in open category and 45% in case of backward class category in IIA Exam - approved by COA.
